WGC SQUAD WORKSHOPS
For summer 2024 we will be running our Squad Workshops from Monday 29th July to Thursday 16th August. All workshops will take place in the Performance Centre from 1.00 - 3.30pm. All squad gymnasts training 4 or more hours and Tumblers training 2 or more hours per week are encouraged to attend the workshops.
These skill boosting workshops will focus on improvements and skill progression. The workshop content will change to ensure variety and skill progression. The cost is £20 per workshop.

Please note that if your gymnast trains on the evening of any of the workshops they are attending they will need to bring a packed lunch with them to have once the workshop has finished.
Please note gymnasts who train in the Performance Centre and had sessions cancelled on Monday bank holidays will get a Workshop/additional training session to replace each lost session.
